These Regulations specify the terms and conditions of the promotional action (hereinafter: "Promotion") carried out in the Luxtrade online store available at the address of the online store (hereinafter: online store) https://luxtrade.pl/.

Terms and conditions of the promotional action:

1. The organizer of the Promotion is Luxtrade II sp. z o. o. (formerly: Luxtrade sp. z o. o. sp. k.) with its registered office in Pszczyna (43- 200), Rybnicka 13, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register KRS 0001082010.
2. During the Promotion period, the Organizer allows the Online Store customers to obtain a discount of PLN 100, deducted from the current price of the purchased products within one order. The minimum order value must be higher than PLN 2,000 (two thousand zlotys), and a discount of PLN 50 for purchases over PLN 700 (seven hundred zlotys). In the Online Store, the prices including the aforementioned discount will be displayed directly on the product card after entering the discount code in a dedicated, marked field. The voucher is not redeemable in the stationary store.
3. Participation in the promotion is open to adults
4. The promotion is valid in the online store from 01.01.2022r until cancellation of the promotional action. After cancellation of the promotional action, vouchers are no longer valid.
5. The Promotion does not combine with other promotional actions of the Organizer, in particular, it is impossible to obtain a discount under the voucher for an already discounted product. The discount under the Promotion applies to one order.
6. The content of these regulations is available on the website of the Online Store and at the Organizer's office. In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations or to change the term of this Promotion without prejudice to the rights acquired by customers before the date of the change, after announcement on its website.
7. In the situation of a dispute related to the Promotion, the Organizer accepts complaints up to 20 calendar days after the end of the Promotion. Applications are accepted in writing to the Organizer's address: 13 Rybnicka Street, 43 - 200 Pszczyna.
8. Commonly applicable provisions of law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code Act (Dz.U.2020.1740) will apply to all matters not regulated by these Regulations.
9. The competent court for any disputes shall be the common court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's place of business.
