In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods by a clear statement within 14 days of receipt of the shipment of goods ordered by you. STEP 1 Download and fill out the return form available on the site. Attach the completed form to the package. The statutory return time is 14 days from the date of purchase of the device. |
STEP 2 Reset the device and log out of all accounts, and remove the screen lock code. This will speed up the refund procedure. |
STEP 3 Pack the goods so that they are not damaged in transit. The goods should be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered, along with the kit components and proof of purchase. |
STEP 4 Send the parcel to the address LUXTRADE 43-200 Pszczyna Rybnicka 13 Street, using the most favorable form of shipment for you. Remember that we do not accept shipments from pick-up points such as parcel machines. You can return the goods at the LUXTRADE stationary showroom. |
STEP 5 After unpacking the shipment, you will be contacted by an individual consultant who will confirm receipt of the shipment. Within 14 days of our receipt of the shipment, you will receive a refund of the money due. It is important to note that the seller has the right to withhold the refund of the money due in case the goods arrive damaged or in a deteriorated condition. |
