Information clause

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), we inform you that:

  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in matters related to personal data processing by e-mail: iodo@luxtrade.pl or in writing to the Administrator's registered address with the note "for DPO".
  3. The purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - activities aimed at concluding a contract, followed by its conclusion and execution of the contract.
  4. Data collected on equipment will not be transferred to other entities, including outside the EU and EEA.
  5. Personal data concerning you will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
  6. The data subject may exercise his or her rights:
    (a) to access the content of their personal data;
    (b) to rectify data that are inaccurate;
    c) to request erasure of data, provided there are indications that the processing is unlawful or the processing is no longer necessary for the purposes specified by the Administrator;
    (d) the right to request restriction of the processing of one's personal data;) the right to request the transfer of data to another Administrator; In order to report the exercise of one's rights, one should contact the data indicated in points. 1 and 2 of this information clause. You can also make a request for the exercise of your rights verbally to the Administrator. The Administrator will realize the data subject's rights depending on the legal basis and purpose of the processing of such data and with respect to other prerequisites of the RODO or incumbent legal obligations under separate national laws exempting the Administrator from the obligation to realize the person's requests. In such a case, the person submitting the request will be informed in writing or electronically about the reasons why his/her right has not been realized.
  7. In the event that you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you reasonably violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 [RODO], you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, e-mail: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl, hotline 606-950-000].
  8. The Administrator will not transfer personal data concerning you to a third country outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
