The standard warranty on the phone for up to 12 months applies to the following items (excluding items that are subject to natural wear and tear, mechanical damage and flooding):

• Improper operation of the bluetooth, WiFi and GPS module;
• Improper operation of the proximity sensor and microphone;
• Improper operation of the rear camera;
• Improper operation of the charging port;
• Improper operation of the headphone port;
• Improper operation of vibration;
• And any defects caused by reasons inherent in the product.

The extended phone warranty of up to 24 months applies to the following (excluding mechanical damage and flooding):

• Improper operation of the call speaker;
• Improper operation of the multimedia speaker;
• Improper operation of the multimedia speaker diaphragm;
• Improper operation of the front camera;
• Improper operation of the flashlight;
• Improper operation of flashlight;
• Improper operation of mute button;
• Improper operation of volume up button;
• Improper operation of the volume down button.
